Where are you based?
Our office is located in Hatton Garden, London in the UK.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
Currently we are an online retailer only, however we do have plans to open a shop in the UK in the future.
Is it possible to try the rings on?
Since we are online-only at the moment, there is no way for our customers to try our rings on before purchasing. However, we recommend ordering our free ring sizer if you’re unsure of your size. We can also provide any additional photos, videos or details about any item if you’re unsure before ordering. (Please just send us an email to enquire.) If you order a ring and it doesn’t satisfy you in any way, we also offer a full Refund Policy; please read for further details.
Can you size the ring I order?
Yes! We are able to size almost any of our items, free of charge. Please note your size in the Notes section upon ordering and allow up to two extra weeks for delivery if sizing is required. If you’re unsure of your size, we welcome you to order our free ring sizer in advance, especially when ordering one of our custom eternity bands.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer free worldwide delivery within the UK and internationally. Please see all details regarding our fully tracked and insured shipping practices here. Please also note that all local import charges and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

May I pay over the phone?
Yes! Please contact us at +44 0757 7877457, or we welcome you to email us to arrange a time to pay over the phone which will suit you best.
What can I do if I order something and it doesn’t suit me?
Don’t worry. We want you to fall in love with every item in your jewellery collection and welcome you to return or exchange it, if not. Please see all the details of our Refund Policy here.
Do you ever buy rings from private sellers?
On occasion. We welcome you to send us pictures and details of any items you’re interested in selling to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will get in touch with you with an offer if it’s something we feel will fit well within our collection.
Do you offer part exchange or trade ups?
Yes! We will offer fair trade money for jewellery bought elsewhere, and we will take back anything you’ve bought from Katherine James Jewellery at full price, paid against any trade up. (We have one lovely customer who started with a 0.70 carat Diamond, who has since traded up to her current 3.00 carat Diamond, and might just make it to a 10.00 carat Diamond by the end of the decade by paying the difference!)
