Katherine's Top Five Engagement Rings

Oval Blue Sapphire and Diamond Halo Engagement Ring

This 1.60 carat Blue Sapphire and Diamond ring is one that we’ve been making for ages. It’s a bit of an old vet on the site, and yet it’s probably one of our best-selling rings. We love it, and obviously our clients do too. It’s a classic that will never go out of style.  We just made a version of it for a client featuring a lovely Green Sapphire and that was a triumph, as well. With styles like this, it's so fun to see what custom options we can come up with to really make a style like this sing for you.

Art Deco Diamond Cluster Halo Engagement Ring

This lovely Diamond cluster ring has been flying out this year.  It’s a more modern and unique take on a traditional round cluster ring in my opinion, and it’s a really beautiful style.  Cluster rings, such as this one, always give you loads of bang for your buck, and this is a proper ‘wow’ ring. It’s big and dazzling, set with 1.78 total carats of gorgeous, top quality Diamonds. If you’re thinking of proposing this year, you would never go wrong with this ring.

Art Deco Diamond and Blue Sapphire Target Halo Engagement Ring

This Blue Sapphire and Diamond target ring is another perennial favourite that everyone seems to be drawn to. It’s not hard to see why! It's totally stunning, has amazing finger coverage and just looks so good on. Really luxurious. Funny story: When we first listed it in the shop, I actually got the Diamond carat weight wrong and said it was only 1.00 carat. Anyone who bought it actually ended up with a 1.30 carat centre stone! Nice. These Art Deco-style target halo rings have become really popular, and this one it truly the epitome of 'ring goals.' We've also made it in an Emerald version, which is equally gorgeous.

Emerald Cut Diamond and Emerald Antique Art Deco Engagement Ring

This absolutely amazing antique Art Deco Diamond and Emerald ring is the star of one of the most liked pics we’ve ever posted on Instagram. I utterly love this ring. How could you not with this huge, clean, emerald-cut Diamond, which weighs 2.30 carats, surrounded by calibre-cut Emeralds? Rings like this, and the Blue Sapphire one above, are perfect for when you want to incorporate a little colour into your ring, whether it's your birthstone or just a colour you love, but still have your heart set on a classic Diamond ring. This one is a truly spectacular heirloom-in-waiting and anyone who gets to wear it is guaranteed to be mesmerized by it for a lifetime. Antique rings like this don't come around very often.

Pink, Yellow and Blue No Heat Sapphire Three Stone Colourful Engagement Ring

Okay, this ring is my new favourite thing. I can only think of the legendary jeweller who had these three glorious Pink, Yellow and Blue Sapphires and thought, ‘you know what, I could make three rings but, no, I’m going to make the maddest and most epic Sapphire three-stone ring the world’s ever seen!’ Fair play to that jeweller. They really succeeded, in my opinion.  I love this ring so much, we profiled it in a video on our YouTube channel, and it’s basically just me drooling. This massive Orange Sapphire used to be my all-time favourite right-hand ring, but this has usurped its position, for the time being. It’s jewellery heaven for me, and would undoubtedly make an utterly wonderful engagement or anniversary ring.
