This cockerel brooch is so lovely and an exceptional piece of fine jewellery. The design is stunning and he’s so is well-captured he looks nearly alive! The feathers are lovely, he’s got a twinkly Ruby eye, and he is just such a majestic creature, all captured in 18ct Yellow Gold, Diamonds, and a Ruby, no less. This brooch is an absolute treasure. The brooch is set with approximately 1.00 total carat of stunning Rose-cut Diamonds. Roosters have long been a symbol of good luck and also represent pride, vigilance, and bravery. This would also make a lovely gift for someone who was born in the Year of the Rooster (1921, 1933, 1945, 1957, 1969, 1981, 1993, 2005, 2017.)
